Visited these premises today to view a pre-used Fiat, by prior appointment. Upon entering the building we were not even spoken to or welcomed,very bad behavior towaqrds new customers. Eventually we found a member of staff, and explained why we were there, we were told that we would have to wait as they couldn't loccate the car. Duh. Again very bad response for a new customer. The car was then driven to the front of the building, where my husband was to take the car for a test run, as soon as I got into the car I could smell old cigarette fumes, and looking in the boot there was a lot of old spillage of some kind in the boot, upon mentiuoning in, I was told it would be valeted if we decided to buy it, the smell inside was enough to put anyone of a sale. The engine sounded like a bag of nails, and there was hardly any life in the engine at all. Never the less we didn't buy the vehicle, as it was a put off from the start. For such a large enterprise I would have thought we would have at least been welcomed and the car prepared to look presentable to a new buyer. We won't be shopping at any of your branches if this is how you treat first time customers.

If I could I would give these zero stars they have been nothing but hassle to me and as soon as they have got the money out of you, they want nothing more to do with any issues that come with the car. I had the car not even a month and it was squeaking as I was driving along, there was something wrong with the brakes, the steering column and suspension, may I remind you not even a month, it's a joke. I've been to the transit center for the service department about 7 times since I've had the car bare in mind it's only just the start of April. I rang managers to speak to them all I got was cockiness and them smirking, I'm fuming and I will tell everyone I know never to get a car from them, they are rude and arrogant. It's caused me so much stress on top of everything else and I would just never have a car off them. I'm so fed up I've spent days crying due to this and my car still isn't right now. DO NOT GO THERE, AND DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY ALL THE FALSE PROMISES. They lied to me and told me my MOT wasn't due to till March this year then I had a text message saying it was due in February and I was also told my service wasn't due till July and I now find out it was 2 months ago, I am absoulutely fuming and heartbroken worst experience I have ever had.

Enquired about a Ford fiesta and made appointment to test drive it the following morning. It was advertised as having done 151 miles. Was told it was still available.
This garage is 109 miles from my home.
The morning of my appointment my wife telephoned to confirm all details and ask if it would be possible to purchase the car on day, discussed paperwork I needed to bring etc. Was told that would be fine and confirmed appointment time.
I set off at 9.15 with an ETA of 11.30.
I noticed a missed call about 10.15 and pulled into a service station. I telephoned the garage and they couldn't find the person who had rung me and said she would call me back straight away. I waited 20 mins but no call so continued my journey.
I arrived at the garage at 11.30.
I was told the car was out on loan for a few days!!
She also told me the mileage was actually about 2000!
Then she asked me I if I wanted to leave a deposit!!
I left in disgust and drove 109 miles home.
This is customer service at its very worst. No communication, misinformation, mis advertisement, no attempt to apologise.
I am furious. Give this place a very wide berth.

Called twice about a van for sale ! No one called back to sort a finance deal then the third day I called was told just getting the deal now came back on phone to say “sorry it’s sold.”
Should of learnt my lesson but another one came up for sale the following week I’ve phoned 4 times to be told by salesman just waiting to get the deal for you!!!!!! Ha no one has called me back after 7 days! why bother?
A real buyer genuinely wanted twice to buy !!!!!
I’ve never left a review at all ever but felt very let down.

5 stars have to go to Jason Innis from the Wolverhampton Ford branch who helped us get our used Vauxhall. Extremely likeable,honest and friendly. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! We have had excellent customer service each time we have visited the dealership, we are now on our second jugs, each time the ordering of the car was made as stress free as possible. We have recommended to friends and family alike, who have gone on to purchase fiesta's and ecospirts & minded. I certainly wouldn't have done that unless I was confident they could deliver! Don't waste your time reading these negative comments, I can honestly say they are worth a visit.

What a waste of time looking at changing one of the cars was interested in the Kuga and ecosport. Not one person on the sales floor all in the office.
I asked to see someone (the security man) who asked for someone and the man could not be bothered with us. We will not be recommending this garage to our friends.

total joke, enquired about selling my car to them as they advertise buying cars. Made appointment to be seen, they checked over car and i awaited the offer. Now they advertise that they will beat webuyanycars offer so whilst waiting i was aware that they had entered my car details on webuyanycars web site, so on that a person called Chris Hart was contacted at another branch (who i think i am right in saying is the valuation specialist, joke). 20minutes later an offer was made from Chris Hart via a piece of printed paper offering £10 more than webuyanycar. Now i know the offer was better than webuyanycars would have been, but an untrained chimp could have come up with that offer as it was all based on webuyanycars apparent offer and not a numpty in another office. Complete timewasters and of course i declined the offer and recommended that Mr Hart have a drugs test !

I ordered a brand new car was told delivery would be at 15:30 car arrived at 19:30 what type of firm delivers a car at 19:30 hours on a Friday night.Well when I went out to inspect the (in the dark)car prior to me signing for it I noticed car was scratched and looked as though it had been polished with a Brillo pad so I rejected car will phone tomorrow and give it the both barrels not good.business practice

MY DAUGHTER HAS JUST PART EXCHANGED HER CAR FOR A NEWER MODEL. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. SHE WAS GIVEN A FAIR PRICE FOR HER OLD CAR AND A FEW SCUFF MARKS ON THE NEWER MODEL WERE TREATED WITHOUT A FUSS.SHE SAID SHE GOT A GOOD FEELING AS SSOON AS SHE FIRST ENTERED THE PREMISES , SHE WAS NOT HASSTLED OR TALKED DOWN TO AS WITH SOME DEALERS. PLEASE VISIT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR , DON'T TAKE TOO MUCH NOTICE OF THE BAD REVIEWS YOU MAY SEE , THESE ARE PROBABLY PUT THERE BY RIVAL DEALERS , JUST MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP WHEN YOU VISIT. AS A PREVIOUS REVIEWER SAID THEY EVEN FILLED THE FUEL TANK UP FOR HER , NOW THAT'S WHT I CALL NICE.

Couldn't have been easier!!
I've just spent £17,000 on a used car from these guys and they bent over backwards to make it a smooth and easy transaction.
I live 120 miles away so had to arrange everything over the phone and via email and it went without a hitch, they even went and filled the tank with petrol as there wasn't enough in it to get me back home.
All in all a very pleasant experience, thought I'd post this review as all too often people only bother when they have negative things to say which doesn't always show a true picture.
Don't let one bad review put you off, check them out and form your own opinion.
