Enquired about a Ford fiesta and made appointment to test drive it the following morning. It was advertised as having done 151 miles. Was told it was still available. This garage is 109 miles from my home. The morning of my appointment my wife telephoned to confirm all details and ask if it would be possible to purchase the car on day, discussed paperwork I needed to bring etc. Was told that would be fine and confirmed appointment time. I set off at 9.15 with an ETA of 11.30. I noticed a missed call about 10.15 and pulled into a service station. I telephoned the garage and they couldn't find the person who had rung me and said she would call me back straight away. I waited 20 mins but no call so continued my journey. I arrived at the garage at 11.30. I was told the car was out on loan for a few days!! She also told me the mileage was actually about 2000! Then she asked me I if I wanted to leave a deposit!! I left in disgust and drove 109 miles home. This is customer service at its very worst. No communication, misinformation, mis advertisement, no attempt to apologise. I am furious. Give this place a very wide berth.
