Was going to grab a vanilla latte at the Pumpkin Patch.
Didn't, because it looked dirty. Staff weren't doing anything so I left.
Was 50% more expensive than the vending machine?
A girl bought a coffee and a shortbread for £1.20! Isn't that cheap?
But that was on the train.
Splash splash I was taking a bath
Going for a Starbucks today instead.

Stopped in the main Pumpkin cafe at the train station this morning. Was very disappointed with the service. The ladies who were serving could barely communicate with dour attitudes. When my order was ready rather than bringing it to the till it was left at the other end of the counter so I had to walk to get it and then walk back to my original position. Just found them to be unhelpful and unpleasant. Would not use this cafe again.

A young girl was getting everyone's orders wrong, she knew how to operate the till and the coffee maschine but it was plain to see she was in a world of her own. I leave with my caramel latte, in a rush to get my train due to a platform alteration. After boarding the train in relief to have made it, I take a sip of my caramel latte to discover that she had messed mine up as well and I had normal coffee. Which not only is considerably cheaper than the caramel latte, but needs sugar for me to be able to drink it. Sugar that I didn't pick up due to ordering a caramel latte that doesn't need it. Not impressed at all, this girl needs to wake up. Terrible customer service

Cannot believe in this day and age this cafe refuses to accept Scottish bank notes. My teenage daughter was travelling on her own, after train cancellations her replacement route changed at Wolverhampton, stressed and starving she made the mistake to giving the privalege of her business to this place - so note to anyone travelling from Scotland - steer clear unless you have english notes - which according to this place is the only UK legal tender!

Useless place I have an 8 day old bby boy I required hot water to heat his milk up I purchased a bottle of pop at the cost of £2 and was told if I didn't purchase a hot drink at the price of £2 upwards I would not be allowed the hot water !!!!!! Unbelievable this was for my bby wtf !!!! of course i paid but im appaulded ! staff useless too young very slow and more intrested in swanning around talking saw loads of ppl walk away due to long ques and rubbish service! Nxt tym ill b taking a flask wiv my own hot water in and buying a drink before I even get to the station . Worst cafe EVER!!!!

On Friday 19/7/13 - the hottest day of the year so far I was travelling from Oldbury to Shrewsbury and was desparate for a Frappe. Got to the station at 20.10 and they said they couldn't make me one as they were closing in 50 minutes!!! What were they doing for 50 minutes - absolutely rubbish service.

Why do you post a closing time of 22:00 outside the cafe and then close at 21:00 when there are dozens of people waiting for trains who would love a drink and a snack.
