Rented us a house with fleas which we moved out of after 2 months and they refused to give us our £800 deposit back and claimed there were no fleas when we moved in. We don't own animals and never have

By far the worst company I've ever been with and even worse is the office connected to it. They rent out substandard properties and refuse or put off work and repairs as long as humanly possible and then laugh at the fact it'll be 28 days before the council can even start pressuring them from when you finally get to making a complaint. Multiple of the properties I rented of them were also linked to gard drug abuse, (crack and heroin) one was a large scale cannabis factory in which on multiple occasions people tried to break on and one was where a serious assault happened and upon spilling water on the carpet brown stains came from the carpet which was found out to be blood. Honestly would avoid them at all costs as they will do anything to not pay and keep your deposit

I would never use this company , I am a landlord,
Agree with the other landlord review,
Nobody ever returns phone calls, never get paid on time
No inspections to the properties,
They will not vet tenants
Having to repair and renovate a property with such damage left by tenants at a cost of £15k
An absolute shambles of a company
I'd advise anybody to stay clear of this company
Rating of zero ( and that's too good for them)

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I am a landlord and used them because they promised me the best but delivered nothing.
Rent never came on time.
No one retuned my call when I left a message.
Rented to wrong kind of tenants without my consent.
Took the money out of deposit protection scheme without my consent.
Tenant left property in really poor state and no one ever inspected.
Tenant did not pay last month rent and I was told there is not enough deposit.
This was my first experience of letting agents and how horrible was it is very difficult to write in words. All I want to say is avoid them at any cost they are most useless agents ever and that is why they are not member of any organisation like ARLA.

Poor poor service towards tenants left my daugher, son inlaw and their six young children without any heating at all for three days and very cold nights. At this moment dbp have still not fixed the problem and do not look like they have any desire to even try. What a poor and shoddy performance from them and just excuse after excuse is the best they can do.
