Woefully inadequate customer service. Unacceptably judgemental. I chose 1 star, as there was no option for zero.
Within seconds of entering the shop and politely enquiring about the availability of a 4ft metal headboard, my sister and I were repeatedly told that it was 'very expensive', and that our tastes were 'too high'.
The headboard in question was infact £150 UNDER our budget, but we decided to walk away, as this small family-run business clearly holds some deep-seated, unpleasant views of certain customers, based solely upon what they first see when you walk through the door.
Give it a wide berth.
