Booked a consultation for my mother. The shop was very dirty and smelt. My mother had to climb a flight of stairs to the room which is very thoughtless due to this being a place for cancer patients. They had very limited choice and only offered short hairstyles. Should be reported to the trading standards for the misleading web page. Wasted journey. Will look elsewhere.
