Have been shopping at Blooms for many many years. The Manager, Tom, and his staff are all highly experienced, professional and respectful. The quality and choice of clothing are second to none, as is the service and attention to detail. A big plus is having alterations done on site. never had a problem would highly recommend! 12 out of 10!!!
