I arranged for test drive of a used Seat Ib iza that I had spotted on Autotrader. On arrival the sales person had no knowledge of the car and had to look up answers to the questions I was asking. There was no pre preparation of my visit. The keys should have been to hand, the car should have been ready to drive.I was not informed I needed to show my driving licence in order to take a test drive. The whole experience took way too long before I took a test drive and ultimately decide I would not purchase a car that had been tarted up but not very well.
Not impressed, I expected better from a dealership like Stratstone
