Ming fixed my best computer which had a failed motherboard (obselete and just two years old). I managed to find and source the part myself with his help, but it is unrealistic to expect PC2000 to spend a long time searching the internet without charging extra for the time. This is a good and helpful computer repair shop who does not overcharge for services or parts. 10-12-12

I have had another job done by this computer repair shop today and for the fourth time I am fully pleased with their work, their friendly helpful manner, and their charges are very moderate. The recent abrasive and destructive review by another contributor surprises me greatly. I've had nothing but good service from Ming and his team. 03-11-12
