Had an appointment to have my hair cut on 21st December at 3.00pm. So when I arrived at 2.50pm pm and find the place closed I wasn't at all happy. I have the appointment card to prove it and was told by a neighbour of there's that they had gone home. Not at all happy and will be taking this further.
