My friend visited your salon recently, She spent a lot if money on a colour and cut, She left the salon feeling dissapointed and dissatisfied with the result. But thought she would give it a chance, But several days later she came back to the salon to explain about how she felt about it.
She was fobed off and gave all sorts of excuses on why you couldn't fix her hair, you have left her feeling very intimidated about coming in a complaining. The way your staff and manager of the salon spoke to her was very dameaning and patronising, her self confidence has took a massive blow due to your incopitant staff not being able to handle a simple complaint.
