I have just been for my pre booked appointment for eyelash extensions. I had mentioned to staff I would want my eyelashes tinted and my eyebrows.. I was told that would be fine. When I arrived I was told I needed a skin test. I appreciate that but I could have been told that when I booked 10 days before.i am now going on holiday with very poor eyelashes and untinted eyebrows. Staff spoke over me in another language ... very rude. So disappointed with service and attitude .... I will not be going again I will try WOW .. on Cannock road. Lorna
