The Mount Tavern Ltd is a local family friendly pub. They have recently had a major refurbishment with an exciting new menu. They offer a range of evening entertainment from karaoke to pub quizzes, all set in a welcoming, relaxed dining atmosphere. Selected meal are 2 for £10 all day everyday. Join them on Sunday for a traditional home cooked roast with fresh veg.

Ruined mothers day. Food was cold and veg was rock hard and roast potatoes like bullets. They also forgot one meal as we were a party of 11. No staff asked if we wanted a drink with our meal. The waitressing was abysmal, no one came over to ask how our food was. As we were hungry we just ate it as quickly as possible because of how cold the food was. To be honest the food looked like it had been cooked a few days ago, then plated up and warmed through a little and served to us. As it was.mothers day they had included a free glass or prosecco of which we received after we had to ask for it several times. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone!!!!!!!

Had a meal after a funeral for over 20 of us, food was exellent , generous portions staff were helpful ....thanks

Not family friendly, no quiz and food only at certain times. Better pubs in vicinity with wider selection on menu, drinks and enclosed children's area.

Attended this venue for food after seeing advertising from roadside, food was exceptional and would highly recommend, family friendly pub with a great selection of cask ales..food served from Monday to Friday.. Will return as they are extending the food to the evenings.. Very clean and friendly staff.. Highly recommend..
