I had a problem with a grating sound from the front wheels of my Jaguar XF. I dropped in to Stratstone see if it could be sorted out. The service was first class, even though I had not made an appointment on a busy Friday morning. The engineer immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I enjoyed complimentary coffee and biscuits. I was informed of the tyre depth remaining but not put under any pressure to purchase new tyres but requested a quote which arrived immediately by email. The reception staff were polite and very helpful, the customer area was immaculate and I felt very relaxed throughout.
