DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. WRECKED MY LAPTOP. DANGEROUS REPAIR Took laptop for repair. They cracked the laptop in various places. Put wrong DC adapter in laptop so its bumpy on the surface. They did not screw laptop screws back in in or fit keypad back properly again. Diagnosed by a geuine laptop repair centre and UNSAFE repair and DANGEROUS (attempted to repair charger and was unsafe). Totally wrecked my laptop by using the wrong parts. Took them 6 months to fix (four attempts) and still not working. Charged me £65 and will now cost me more to get it stripped and repaired. Cheaper buying new laptop!!! Gone to CONCEPTEX snowhill who conducted a report and declared it unsafe. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS & may go to small claims court. Should not be trading if they dont have the skill & expertise to repair to good standard and safely. Rude people and dont speak English properly and only understand english when they take your money not when you have a complaint! DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME MONEY ETC
