I will always regret the day I walked into Martin and co Wolverhampton after I had seen an Internet advert of a flat I wanted. I changed my mind about the flat because I didn't want to share. In less than 24 hours I told them that I was no longer interested in the flat and would like my money back. This was in April but no one has bothered to contact me about my refund. I have been emailing and going to their offices but am always told the same thing that they director can't be contacted by anyone, and that he will respond when ever he can. This agency should be closed down, they care more about money than giving a good customer service. I wouldn't advice anyone to have anything to do with this agency. I just wish I had read their reviews before getting myself involved with these people.
