I am not at all happy with this service.i went in to ask if I could register to hire a shopmobility vehicle.i currently use a 4 wheel trolley as a walking aid,but I,m finding it hard to get far lately,and I suffer back and breathing problems.i was spoken to quite rudely,after I,d used the toilets in there,for which I have a key for disabled toilets.i was told I need a passport,or driving licence.neither of which I have,as a, I have never travelled abroad, and b,have never owned a car.i told the lady I was in receipt of high rate mobility benefit and care,and could show the paperwork. she ushered me out quite rudely.and said no,thats no good,you cant hire one.
