The shoe department in Wolverhampton appears to be franchised to Office.co.uk, I purchased a pair of flat shoes which after being used for less than 10 times one of the heals fell off. On going back to this House of Fraser store I was told "everyone knows you shouldn't wear leather shoes in the wet!" There must be lots of people in Wolverhampton who walk around on wet days in bare feet if they buy shoes at Office.co.uk, or House of Fraser. Bring back the Beatties family. PS I never wore them in the wet, but i did wipe them clean before going to the store with a damp cloth, sillyme..
