I have to agree with the person who wrote in about the Mac section in the store. I too was left waiting for a considerable length of time after being told I would be seen to within 10 minutes, which turned into 25 mins. When I spoke to the assistant about this, she was beyond rude in her explanation as to the delay (under staffed) As this section always seems to be busy, then Beatties management, you need to address this issue to ensure that all your customers are dealt with in an manner that befits the excellent and historic reputation of Beatties. I too will be looking for another Mac outlet where I can spend my hard earned money.
