I went into restaurant asked for table for 2 to celebrate my birthday. Was led to a table where the seat was stained, unfortunately I sat on it, then realised the red stain was menstrual blood. Evidently some woman who had sat there previously had not worn sanitary products resulting in menstrual blood being leaked onto seat. I left there without eating, I entered restaurant clean, I left there feeling totally contaminated and totally distressed. If I enter a restaurant I expect it to be clean, I do not expect menstrual blood to be on seats. All my clothes went in the wash and I needed a bath. My entire day was ruined, because the restaurant has NO standards of cleanliness. I was fobbed off with the feeble excuse that their seats are dry cleaned. I do NOT believe that, why was there menstrual blood on seat?
