I ordered a display unit in November 2016. The unit arrived just before Christmas - the day after the specified delivery day. I waited in all day and it didn't show up nor did I received any communication from Interiors Italia or the courier company as to its whereabouts. The delivery showed up the following morning after I had left for work so I had to return home to accept the delivery. My partner finally managed to assemble the unit as we had opted for the self assembly option. The instructions were absolutely hopeless - just a few basic diagrams and nothing else. WE discovered that the glass on the right door was sratched, the 8 brackets to attach the glass shelves were missing and there was nothing to attach the LED lights to the unit. After contacting Interiors Italia via email to advise them of the defects they did send us the brackets a few days later. However, they said that would send us a replacement door and rectify the problem with the lights. This was about 6 weeks ago and despite several emails from myself to Roberta at Interiors Italia, we have heard nothing further. We are being ignored and it seems that now they have our money their customer service is non-existent and they are not remotely interested in sorting out the problem, We have spent well over £600 on this unit which is faulty and they could care less. Avoid.
