The most horrible agency i have dealt with. Rude, unprofessional, childish. Me and my partner rented a property from Martin anc co for just over a year, we decided to move out after couple incidents that we couldn't deal with nomore. Firstly our boiler broke down in the middle of winter and we was left in cold and without hot water for a week. Secondly they tried to put rent price up after the contract was signed already. The do not want to deal woth problems, and it is a scam as you do not get the service they promised. I will never use them again and i would never suggest them to anyone. Be aware as the staff members do hang up the phone when you call them about problems, and they are extremely rude.
