I spotted Blooms when passing and returned to find friendly, helpful and well informed staff, who took great care of me. They offered advice and options a plenty, with no pressure to buy. It's so refreshing to discover a shop where the values of customer service and attention to detail haven't got lost in commercialism. I cannot commend them highly enough. This was my first visit and I can definitely say, it will not be my last.
