Grade 8 Electric Guitar with Distinction! Thank you MMA, time for an updated review! We are amazed at the fantastic progress our son has made in guitar, in just over 4 years he has gone from a relative novice to passing Grade 8 with a Distinction. Thank you Matt for allowing him to turn up to lessons with either a Bass, Acoustic or Electric Guitar! You have given him the freedom to explore and grow as a musician in his own way without putting him in an exam straight jacket. As his passion for music has grown you have ensured that he has acquired not just the skills necessary to be able play at a high level, but also an enthusiasm for and an understanding of music theory which has given him the confidence to become more creative and better able to improvise.
