I made a mistake buying my ticket today and ask for a refund but i was bombarded and shouted with nasty words from Kathy who is working at the till. First and formost, i apologised for making mistakes but stil she embarrased me over the mic while people are queeing behind me. I felt so down and can't even stare at other people when i haf my ticket from her. I think she is too old for her jod and doesnt have a pleasant personality. She sounded drunk and i smell alcohol off her nouth while talking to me. I wanted to sort her out but i have to catch my train. This woman needs education.
