Took a bag back
Faulty and wouldnt give us a refund,cashier kept saying credit note
After several phone calls to Boss in Birmingham kept saying
credit note
Cashier said there is a manufacturing problem,explained its your problem as retailer
Told her Training standards would be intrested as faulty
Said it loud enough so several other customers heard and walked out
After another phone call to boss in urdu so couldnt understand,finally gave us money back (did hear in English Trading standards),but money didnt come from till came from a drawer.very suspicious took cash strsight to bank to check.
Wouldnt even give 1 star

after buying a handbag 22 December 2015 after 3 weeks i a hole appeared/ not having the receipt the manager would not change it . Got in touch with trading standards by law it is not fit for purpose but he would still not refund, after another 3 weeks the handle broke took it back again he still refused a refund, he has got a very arrogant attitude, upon leaving the shop a lady outside had the same problem with a purse that was coming apart he refused her a refund too would never shop here again.
