Outstanding service - Ming is very knowleagble and helpfull. I had a laptop problem - overheating graphics card - and Ming did a fantastic job reparing it for me - he also replaced some memory and now the laptops performance is like new. I would very much recoomend his service to anyone who wants an efficient and reasonably priced job done. Totally proffesional and would definately use his service again.

Never had any complaints about this business. Fast, efficient and always helpful. English not A1, but hey...who cares? They speak enough of it to be understood, and anyone who compains is suffering sour grapes anyway.
Just take the time to understand that they are not British, and you'll be fine. They have done many repairs for me, and never got it wrong yet.
If you go looking for a problem, you deserve one. Be patient, concise and polite, and you'll see the exceptional service they provide.
Can't praise them enough.

Recently bought a brand new keyboard from here for £22.99 and it is fantastic. Very good quality. The only thing I would say is that I felt like I was being rushed to buy something and I was being talked to very quickly which made it very hard to make a decision properly.

Ming fixed my best computer which had a failed motherboard (obselete and just two years old). I managed to find and source the part myself with his help, but it is unrealistic to expect PC2000 to spend a long time searching the internet without charging extra for the time. This is a good and helpful computer repair shop who does not overcharge for services or parts.

I have had another job done by this computer repair shop today and for the fourth time I am fully pleased with their work, their friendly helpful manner, and their charges are very moderate. The recent abrasive and destructive review by another contributor surprises me greatly. I've had nothing but good service from Ming and his team.

I run a consultancy company and deal with 100's of IT Professionals and travel all around the country. I found PC 2000 have provided an extraordinary service, and by far standout as the best computer repair shop ive been too.
Based in Wolverhampton, so has a central location with ease of access being 1 minute from a carpark. Ive had issues with several IT Devices over the years, and I always find PC2000 always goes up and beyond their duty to fix and at a frugal cost. Very good quality too.
You find out a companies true colours when things dont go to plan, and PC 2000 Ltd are very honest, straight forward and provide a phenomenal service compared with other PC Shops ive been too.
Additionally they are friendly, and always flexible if running against tight time-scales, and have saved me from losing contracts on multiple occasions by fixing IT Equipment for me with a last minute notice. Michael Tran who works there also is incredibly knowledgeable on technology and keeps up to date with all the latest specifications.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. WRECKED MY LAPTOP. DANGEROUS REPAIR
Took laptop for repair. They cracked the laptop in various places. Put wrong DC adapter in laptop so its bumpy on the surface. They did not screw laptop screws back in in or fit keypad back properly again. Diagnosed by a geuine laptop repair centre and UNSAFE repair and DANGEROUS (attempted to repair charger and was unsafe). Totally wrecked my laptop by using the wrong parts. Took them 6 months to fix (four attempts) and still not working. Charged me £65 and will now cost me more to get it stripped and repaired. Cheaper buying new laptop!!!
Gone to CONCEPTEX snowhill who conducted a report and declared it unsafe.
REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS & may go to small claims court. Should not be trading if they dont have the skill & expertise to repair to good standard and safely. Rude people and dont speak English properly and only understand english when they take your money not when you have a complaint!
