We recently visited family in Wolverhampton and my wife used the opportunity to look for a diamond ring as she had not had much success in our home Jersey. She spotted a 5 diamond ring in the shop window and went in to enquire. From the moment we entered we were really looked after. Served by Elaine (I think) she explained all about the ring. We even got my wife's wedding ring resized and both were ready early next morning. She is now a happy bunny. Congratulations to all at the shop who made the experience a pleasure and we shall look in again on our next visit.

I went into this store during the week to buy my Grand daughter a gift for her 18th birthday, It took me back in time, to when customers were treated with respect. Everyone was extremely friendly and helped in everyway without being overly anxious for a sale. I will certainly visit this store again in the very near future. Thank you
